Shipping Policy
- All orders will be processed within 48 hours, and we will try to deliver the order in 4-8 days.
- Free delivery is available on cart/basket with a total more than of INR 5000.
- All orders below INR 5000 will be charged delivery fee, which will be dependent on the pin-code of the customer, the weight, and distance from origin, i.e., Jaipur, Rajasthan (302003). A break up of charges will be provided on the shipment received.
- Cash on Delivery option is available for orders below INR 5000, however, a charge of INR 49/- will be applicable.
- To promote efficiency and quick dispatch of products, we request customers to pre-pay the order.
- We deliver world-wide.
- Free delivery and Cash on Delivery options are unavailable for international orders. Delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
- If any custom charges, VAT, import duty, etc. are imposed on the delivery, they have to be borne by the customer.

- We do not ship to post box office address and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of order. In case an order is delivered to post office box and not received by the customer at home/office address, kindly contact the delivery agent whose number and tracking ID will be provide after the order is shipped.
