Return, Replacement, Refund Policy

  • Shipping charges will be applicable depending on the pin code.
  • We are currently offering Free Delivery on all products.
  • Cash on Delivery applicable for order below INR3000.
  • Any orders with total cart value of INR 3000 or more will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery charges separate and not included in shipping and handling fees.
  • For Cash on Delivery INR50 will be charged.
  • Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.
  • If custom duty is applicable in the selected country, then it is to be borne by customer.
  • Duty may vary country to country.
  • We do not ship to post box office address and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to post office box and not received by customer.
  • In case of customized order or any order with cart value above 3000 once confirmed, cannot be edited / modified / changed / canceled.
  • For orders that are custom made and once the order is placed the outfit will be made and then shipped, we aim to deliver as soon as possible but due to the time-consuming process orders are usually dispatched within 2 weeks.
  • We offer customization of selected garment according to your precise measurement of your body type. If a product can be customized you can select on customize this, on the product page. Additional charges to be borne by customer. All custom-made products will be non-returnable/ refundable.
  • For international customer the charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of product and also where it has to be shipped.
  • The refund policy is applicable only on claims made on specific categories – Readymade Kurta Pajama and Shirts by Blue Plum.
  • No return on accessories/customized products.
  • Return charges to be borne by us for customers ordering within India.
  • Return courier charges on international orders.
  • Refund only after authentication of products, i.e., checking for post delivery damage and assessing damage/fault mentioned in the claim.
  • Refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
  • Product should be unwashed / unused / not damaged.
  • If product is found used or washed no refund and the product will be shipped back. Return courier charges to be borne by customer.
  • Replacement only on the basis of size issue.
  • No replacement on accessories.
  • No replacement on altered products.
  • Exchange facility is available at store or online.
  • Refund in original payment method or in wallet.
  • Alteration available for purchased clothes with charges as following
