  Delivery

  We ship to all states in India on fast delivery and global orders on international shipping. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Always free shipping for orders over Rs 3000. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Return

  We will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 7 days of the date of receiving, on presentation of the original receipt at any Sanjay Textile Store branch, or to the delivery personnel in charge of Return Collection. We do not accept returns or replacements on the items that are listed for "Sale" or "Clearence". These items have our guarantee of being thoroughly inspected for any manufacturing defects or other problems by our efficient team at the warehouse. We aim to provide you the best possible quality possible for any and all garments delivered by us. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We will send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
