**Our Deliveries have resumed but we, at Sanjay Textile Store (“STS”) care for our Users (“you”/ “your”/ “customer”), therefore we are strictly adhering to rules and regulations, issued by the Government of India, for your area concerned. Our Teams are complying with all necessary precautions and safety measure guidelines, as issued by GOI and WHO, to ensure a Safe and Hygiene Delivery to our valued customers. MCPL has taken the below elaborated steps to fight the COVID-19 pandemic:

1. Mandatory Use of Masks and Sanitizers by our staff members.
2. Mandatory temperature checking using thermal guns, of our staff members.
3. We sanitize frequently visited areas of the facility, at regular intervals.
4. Maintaining appropriate social distancing.
5. Regular Employee health monitoring.
6. Entry of limited personnel in the warehouse, for picking the packages. After each pick-up, the team members wash their hands and use sanitizer.
7. Disinfect all product returns received.
8. Safe packaging by following all the mandatory process as per GOI norms and guidelines.

Delivery Safety and Precautions:

Our Logistic Partners follow a strict and mandatory guideline keeping in mind the safety of all our customers:

1. Screening of all drivers and delivery vendors/staffs/personnel.
2. ll Delivery executives are equipped with disposable gloves, which are discarded properly, at the end of every day.
3. Health of our delivery executives is strictly monitored, at regular intervals.
4. Shipments will be dropped outside the main door of the customer’s address, as instructed by the customer.
5. Product Delivery is functioning only in non-containment Zones/Cities, in accordance with the Government guidelines.
